Record-breaking Great Lake swim by Annaleise Carr delayed

Annaleise Carr’s attempt to be the youngest person to ever swim across Lake Ontario swim across has been delayed due to weather conditions.
The 14-year-old Norfolk, Ont., girl will attempt to cross the lake Saturday starting at 6 p.m. from Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ont.
Carr intends to swim the traditional Marilyn Bell route, ending in Toronto. The swim is 52.5 km in total.
Annaleise has been promoting the swim to benefit Camp Trillium Rainbow Lake in Waterford. Her goal is to raise $30,000 for the camp.
