TIFF 2016: Ryan Gosling, Charlize Theron among stars planning to attend TIFF

The stars will be shining bright at the 41st edition of the Toronto International Film Festival next month.

Festival organizers announced its list of stars expected to walk the red carpet at North America’s preeminent celebration of film.

Denzel Washington, Chris Pratt and the rest of the cast from the star-studded remake of 1960’s Magnificent Seven are T.O.-bound; as well as Ryan Gosling; Joseph Gordon-Levitt; Justin Timberlake; Rogue One star Felicity Jones; Reese Witherspoon and Oscar winner Brie Larson.

The festival also made announcements for its In Conversation With... lineup, including an onstage chat with Mark Wahlberg.

The Oscar nominee will be at the festival in support of Deepwater Horizon, which also stars Kurt Russell and Kate Hudson. The film documents the events before and after the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in 2010 and is directed by Peter Berg.

Other talent slated to attend include: Anne Hathaway; Matt Damon (who was in Hogtown all summer filming Downsizing); Johnny Depp’s daughter Lily-Rose; Scott Eastwood; Christian Bale; Michael Fassbender; Matthew McConaughey; Emma Stone; Charlize Theron and Amy Adams.

The festival will also see stars from the Star Wars and Marvel universe walking the red carpet. In addition to Felicity Jones, Force Awakens stars Lupita Nyong'o, Adam Driver and Oscar Isaac will be in attendance along with Ewan McGregor, while Pratt and Larson (who is set to play Captain Marvel), will get to pal around with Scarlett Johansson, Emily  VanCamp, Jeremy Renner and Natalie Portman.

Notably absent from the guest list are the Rolling Stones, whose Olé Olé Olé! : A Trip Across Latin America makes its premiere at the fest. Leonardo DiCaprio also won’t be walking the red carpet for his climate change doc, The Turning Point.

Virtual reality will also play a part, with Ch'aak' S'aagi, Jafri, KA, Right to Pray and Invasion! all part of its POP VR program.

The festival runs Sept. 8 to 18.
