Tourism Oxford's recently released video entitled Rejuvenation is designed to help push the reset button
Want to ban the winter blahs?
Tourism Oxford's recently released video entitled Rejuvenation is designed to inspire local residents to hit the reset button and enlighten them on how to participate in new adventures across the county.
The latest video in their Oxford Unplugged blog series should inspire people to get out and about in Oxford County by showcasing different things to do and places to visit.
“The main idea is to get people out from behind their phone and electronics so they can have a more real experience in Oxford County and enjoy a slower pace,” said Gabrielle Bossy. “It’s to show there is always something going on and lots to do in Oxford County.”
The video covers everything from nature outings, to yoga and meditation, to how to be more creative, eat healthier and relax more.
Stops on the wellness tour included Ingersoll District Nature Club, Indigo Lounge Wellness Centre in Tillsonburg, Station Arts Centre, Ingersoll Creative Arts Centre, Horizon Natural Health Centre, The Elm Hurst Inn and Spa and The Olde Bakery Cafe.
Bossy said Oxford Unplugged will be releasing a new video every month showcasing new destinations.
“I think people don’t realize there are some really great businesses, doing some cutting edge things,” Bossy said. “It’s a slowed down pace of life. You can mix hands-on experience with that rural vibe.”
