Oxford Pallet bantam rep Knighthawks moving onto OMHA semi finals

The International Silver Stick champion Oxford Pallet bantam reps have been busy since their big win in Forest a few weeks ago.

The Knighthawks started their OMHA playoff run against the Plattsville Rage in round one. It wasn’t much of a series as the Knighthawks easily took the series in three straight games.

Next the boys traveled to Arthur for the second round of playoffs. Again the Oxford Pallet bantam reps swept the series in three games, sending the Knighthawks into the quarterfinals to face the Dresden Junior Kings.

Game one of the series saw the Junior Kings travel to Norwich where the Knighthawks out-played and out-scored the Junior Kings to take an early lead in the series. This past weekend the bantams traveled to Dresden and easily defeated the Junior Kings 8-0 and then finished up the series back in Norwich on Sunday with a 3-1 win, sending them into the semifinals to face the Drayton Defenders. Games for this series have not been scheduled yet.

Meanwhile in Southern Counties action, the Oxford Pallet bantam reps have been on fire with wins against Caledonia and Ayr. They are atop the ‘A’ division with a busy couple of weeks coming up. This week the Knighthawks are home to the Twin Center Stars and then face Ayr again on Friday.
