With the help of Janine Goodall, a group of students from DDSS have been working hard for the past four months to perfect their performance for the Sears Drama Festival. The students will be performing, “It’s Not You, It’s Me!” a comedy about different reasons to break up with someone. The competition will take place on Wednesday, February 25th at BCI in Brantford. When asked how she feels going into the competition, actress Sarah Driedger said “I feel pretty confident that our team will pull through just as we have in our past performances, because we’ve worked very hard.” Director, Natalie Geysens has high hopes for the cast but will be proud of them no matter what, saying “They’ve worked really hard, so hopefully their hard work will pay off. They are all really talented and have been really dedicated. Even if we don’t place so many of the cast members have improved and advances in their acting abilities.” The cast has done an amazing job with the production. Best of luck at the competition Raiders!
